$400 + GST Flat Fee
Regardless of the size or complexity of the Fund, we charge a low flat fee of $400 + GST per SMSF audit. This rate is available to all registered tax agents and is not dependent on you providing a minimum number of Funds which you want us to audit. We aim to provide exceptional value for money while maintaining a high level of service.
Extra $100 + GST if ACR required
Where ATO guidelines require compliance issues to be recorded in an Auditor Contravention Report (ACR), then preparation and the lodgement of an ACR is an additional $100 plus GST.
Reimbursement for Title Search Fees
To meet ATO expectations (QC 73156), an SMSF auditor must obtain an annual title search for each property. We apply a disbursement fee equal to the actual cost of the title search, with no added margin.
Payments
On completion of the audit we will provide you with our invoice. Payments can be made via EFT (EFT details on each invoice) or Credit Card.
